Change variables in Message Box

Hi, i want to make a message box with options like the options in better horses.

Especially when you can change the values of a variable in the message box with different buttoms and then press Ok to continue

 

Special question:

Is possible make that the variable in the message box change dynamically from time to time in the box without touching a buttom (maybe a buttom to start the cycle)?
