Constant Freezing

I am constantly having the entire game freeze whenever I do most actions, some times I can play for several hours (2-3) with no issues whereas sometimes I cant even last 5 mins

I have 59 total mods (including bashed patch, compatibility mods, and the base files)

I am so close to giving up on this game, I have no clue what had happened but my game went to trash so quickly it hurts.

And before I get all the typical "hey do you know how to mod blah blah blah" mess i've been modding since 2013, i follow the typical setup that many of you use to mod, i have enbboost installed and all that, and I know how to fix most kinks in the mods I have installed

My game crashes in a variety of ways but the main ones i've noticed is:

Opening the Map when in Windhelm, Whiterun, Solitiude

Leaving Windhelm/ Windhelm normally

Fast travelling to Whiterun

MAJOR lag spikes and sometimes freeze when walking around Solitude ,Windhelm, Whiterun

Loading into some areas (not specific, like caves, dungeons, etc.)

Like Ive said earlier some days I can play for hours with no issues, other than lag spikes, and other times I cant even play

I love the game to absoulte death and have put over 200 hours into it yet these issues I just can;t seem to fix on my own
