Holes in World that I can fall through

Hi, I've put together a modded game and there are large amounts of holes like the ones in the images all over the world - including interiors such as breezehome.

I'm not really sure what might be causing it, getting rid of any modified meshes or textures doesn't seem to help at all.

Any ideas of what I can do to fix this would be appreciated.
