Is there a Mod That Blocks/Disables Settlements?

Hi,

Looking for mod that somehow disables, settlers, invasions, building and all that, basically makes Fallout 4 more like FNV with the weapon/armor benches in their designated places but no building/farming of any sort.

Please help, that part of the game annoys the hell out of me, Im Fallout fan and had the game pre-ordered with the pipboy accessory, eventually abandoned the game because it wasn’t FNV and had unnecessary building mechanic.

 

BTW, im also interested in power armor mod that maybe makes them like in FNV/F3, wearable item and maybe re-shuffles their locations so its actually HARD to get item, based on location: The farther you go and the harder the enemies are the better PA you find, like it was in the previous games.

Right now there are so many batteries that you can use PA almost all the time without removing it.
