Anyway I don't know why CDPR doesn't make Armor Dye spawn before Toussaint, I think I read somewhere that there's a very small chance they drop in other areas, but so far it didn't happen to me. I think it would be great if we could buy Armors Dyes before reaching Toussaint so we don't have to wait until Lvl ~35. Otherwise you end up dying only your Mastercrafted armor or above...
