StayFrosty05
Hello....a couple of days ago I had my computer upgraded from 32 bit to 64 bit due to CTD's and texture problems, I am a complete noob with computers and am having trouble re-installing my Skyrim in the right place (E:) to connect up with NMM, I can't find the option when installing Skyrim and it automatically goes to C:....How do I install it into E: ? Someone please help, I'm suffering terrible withdrawals.... ...Help would be much appreciated.
McclaudEagle
Skyrim will install into the same location you installed Steam, assuming you have a copy of Skyrim that requires Steam. If you installed Steam in the E: drive, that's where the game should install.

I would avoid Steam if I knew I had a choice....my Skyrim is a Disc.....Thank you for the heads up about where to put Steam, very much appreciated, will check out what I have done. McclaudEagle
Steam is mandatory for all legal copies of Skyrim on the PC. Basically, install Steam to the location you want the game installed, and the game will install into the location Steam installed.
