alfiegleed
The principles of ballistic vests are that they stop bullets from penetrating the torso with Ceramic plates, whilst not restricting movement. In FONV damage gets though armour reagrdless, even if it is minuscule (ie. 22 Pistol vs. Power armour). Would someone make a mod that follows this definiion: The ballistic vests let no health damage through, whilst over 25% condition. When under 25% condition, health damage is minuscule. Allow for customisation of plates in the vests. (IE SAPII MK1 provides a armour bonus 0f 400, SAPII MK5 1000) Instead of draining health, have an 'armour' bar, that is the ammount of the plates added together. Damage to the player whilst wearing a vest also drains AP and inflicts fatigue. Ballistic Vests can be customised to account for a number additions:Neck ProtectionGroin protectionShoulder Pads Arm protectionLegs ^^Head There is a lot of information i need to give, please add me on skype alfredojg23 or on facebook, my name is alfie gleed, and i am wearing a red checkered shirt. I would like to help provide information about ballistic and background if anyone is able to make the mod.

betto212
I like the idea but something are not doable without new body models ( im not a modeler ) there are only 6 areas on the body head, torso, arms legs is possible to add separated armor parts set min damage to 0.001 and amplify the damage effect on the armor i really hope that someone make a body with more parts like fo1/fo2 eyes, jaw, neck, groin etc
Hyoukage
Hehe... I did that a lot in Fallout Tactics... use my dedicated sniper for nut shots! Watch 'em drop, weeping, knowing they'll never have children.
