LE Vampire Guild

I really wanted to create a vampire guild. Vampires are rejected throughout Skyrim and so wouldn't it be reasonable that eventually they would establish their own settlement where they could isolate themselves from society? My idea is a secluded vampire society, living in a large dark castle, they would see themselves as more sophisticated than the common vampires found roaming Skyrim, obviously my idea could use a lot of developing, it isn't all that good yet so I need help. I want to create an overhaul of the vampirism system as well as a new faction and maybe a questline, the vampires should be stronger and faster (I think I can do this part myself).

 

I wanted the guild to have their own unique outifts for example:

I know some of those are a bit corny and cliche but they're just basic ideas that could be worked on, I have no experience in modelling and creating meshes or anything like that and when I tried it I failed so I really need someone to do that.

 

I also need someone who could create a castle that can be placed somewhere in the world, it doesnt have to be fancy but I would prefer it if it wasn't one of the rundown fort thingy's that are littered across the map of Skyrim.

 

I also wanted the vampires that are a part of the guild to have their own unique weapons and fighting style(this isnt a necessity) based on fencing or duelling. The weapons they use would all be based on rapiers like these:

I know it would take a long time to create but if I could just find someone to model the new weapons and outfits for me and someone to create the castle I know it could work. I can create the new npcs and actors and I can do the dialogue and create a questline. If you're interested please comment or pm me :)
