[FO4] Problem with downloading Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch in NMM

This morning, I had some problems with Nexus. It started with the program not opening. I removed some files, NMM replaced them, and the problem stopped. These are the instructions I followed, in case they relate to my current problem:

Anyways, to my current problem. I was able to get some files to download, but when I got to the Official Fallout 4 patch ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4598?tab=description ) and also Sim Settlements ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21872?tab=description ), neither of them will download. I downloaded them through the manager, and once the FO4 patch downloaded, this error popped up in the download section of the manager:

Error registering this mod: Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch - Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch

Error: String was not recognized as a valid Boolean.

This same error appeared for Sim Settlements, but with that title in there instead.

Between fixing Nexus this morning and now, I was able to successfully download some other mods, like Place Everywhere ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9424?tab=description ) and Improved Map ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1215?tab=description ).

Please let me know if anyone has any fixes. I did not think my load order was necessary for this problem, so I did not post it. I am available to provide more information if needed. I also posted this on the subreddits of Fallout and Nexus Mods.

Thank you all.

After getting a few minutes to mess around with Nexus, I figured out what the issue was. I opened up my mods folder for NMM (for me, its C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Fallout4\Mods ), and there was a file there for each of the mods I was trying to download and install. In the cache folder, ( \Mods\cache ), there were also cache folders for each mod although I got an error message for each of them.

I deleted all files related to the mods, and when I tried downloading, they downloaded without an issue and installed normally. This fix should work for all mod issues like I had above.
