Skyrim Animation

Hello,

 

I am coming outta Morrowind TES and wanted to know if there is any way to key bind animations to certain keys using what mods and ideas are out there. I generally just wanted to make a sped up animation for an attack so kinda like an adrenaline rush attack. I just wanted to know if this would require an animation program or can I use TESV to do this.

I looked into blender for a Fallout mod and had to discontinue ventures there since it required photoshop too, but would still like to contribute in some way.
