behughes
Would it be possible to make the pauldrons a separate piece of armor from the cuirass? I think it would be great if there were a way to attach or remove the pauldrons. That way, you could mix and match them with other armor sets, or simple wear just one for an a asymmetrical look. There are already some armors in the game exist as pauldron-less cuirasses, like the light elven armor or Ebony Mail.
jonniezombietronic
You could do this in Morrowind. You could have quite a cool look as a result. The bandits also looked great with their haphazard bits of armor thrown together. Doubt it's possible though. I've a vague memory of this being talked about when Oblivion came out. behughes
Doubt it's possible though. I'm inclined to think it is possible, because I've seen TONS of custom armors that borrow bits and pieces from other armors. One of my favorites: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=6684 The only issue I see would be finding a blank "body part" to assign it to. I know that many of the existing cloak mods exploit an unused slot so that their capes can be worn without removing helmets or amulets.
