Another Random CTD help request

I'm starting to lose intrest in this game because of random CTD. I have tried disabling MODS (mostly workshop mods,because CTDs seems to happen most at those times. But then again I do spend a large portion of my time building). Below is my load order. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
