[Mod Request] Archery Perks

There is several mods out for archery and I think we should try to bring them in an immersive way. Also "Bow" has no perks yet, which seems ridicoulous to me. So I'd suggest some perks for Bow:

Level 5 Perk - Reduce Sway

Level 7 Perk - Make Arrows Faster

Level 10 Perk - Reduce Sway even more (I'm against completely removing it, but thats just my taste)

Level 15 Perk - Aiming Recticle

Level 20 perk - Draw faster

I don't even think this is too complicated to do, unfortunately I lack time at the moment, so I can't dig into this. Food for thought for potential modders ;)

I actually thought about this some more. I think archery perks should avoid these passive benefits. I think the skill aspect should be preserved and the perks should situationally reward user skill. Such as:

Pin in Place - Immobilized by shot to foot

Viscera - Gut shot always causes bleed

Penetration - Arrows penetrate wooden shields to damage arm

Out of Breath - Lung shot causes lethargy

Also some crafting + alchemy:

Acid arrows - eats through armor for DOT (too fantasy?)

Fire arrow - self explanatory

Marking arrows - paints target highly visible color

Perkaholic does a great job of adding bow perks (and unarmed + a couple extra for agility)

Author says there will probably be more added for other skills without perks later.

The perks are well balanced to not be too OP, but pretty much all of them are useful ones.

I don't think it's easy to add perks that do fancy stuff. You are kind of limited to adding modifiers to existing variables, so that's why most of these are small "buffs" of some kind rather than completely new abilities.

I also don't think all things can be buffed. I'm not sure if "draw speed" and "arrow speed" for example are moddable - but I haven't looked deeply into that myself yet.

NOTE: check out the "cheat" mod that gives you console commands for adding/removing perks because if you add peraholic to an existing game where you have for example 10 bow-skill you won't be gaining the perks retroactively. You will have to manually add them, or start a new game.
