ride-able motorcycle?

I want a drivable motorcycle that looks as above but with junk armor and stuff that'll make it look more post-nuclear apocalypse ish.

Now I know this isn't really the appearance you're wanting, but I don't know if you've already seen the motorcycle mod before. So just trying to help out.

I'm not sure I know of such a mod. The closest thing I know of would be the Pip-Boy Readius. Not a cell phone, but it's handheld: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=36646

If you don't like the texture, there are numerous retextures on the nexus. Just search "readius".
