So recently I started to mod my fallout nv. All went fine for couple months, but yesterday I used console command to move to quest marker and game went to hell, basically I could not move my mouse and whenever I did screen went blank (like specific color) I could see HUD but everything else was blank, and game completely crashed. Then I figured out my problem, it was Solid Project, I reinstalled the mod and all was fine for one day, then today I wanted to use one of Solid Projects features(middle mouse, quick menu) and same thing happened, my game crashes, I cant move my mouse and everything is blank, I tried reinstalling mod and problem still persists.I have NVSE, NVAC. Any help would be nice.

List of mods I have :

Solid Project

Gun Runners Arsenal

ClassicPack

MerceneryPack

TribalPAck

CaravanPack

SomeguySeries mod

F04Crafting

WME

NewVegasBounties.

Off hand this sounds like you have a corrupted save game file. From your description you are able to load the game fine, and the problems don't occur until you load a save file. Try going back to a save before you moved to the quest marker.

Please see the paragraph about "auto-saves" under the 'Essentials for Getting Started' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. If you have been using the built-in "auto-save" feature and you get the endless "roulette wheel" when loading a save game, then your current save game file is corrupted and you will have to either go back to a save before the corruption occurred (hard to tell) or start over.

If that doesn't fix it, we REALLY need to see your sorted "load order" as produced by "LOOT"; to include the main game and DLC files. With modded games, its the sequence, not merely the list of mods, which is the cause of many problems. LOOT's sort gives a good first approximation, correcting the most obvious issues and is sufficient for most players. Instructions on how to copy it's list for posting are in the "How to ask for help" article, and "Checklist Item #11' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.
