Astaruse
C:/Program Files (x86)/The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim/ is where I have my skyrim folders. I think I have version 1.1.21.0 And how do I enable them without accessing the launcher? If you use the Nexus Mod Manager, you can enable them through there and then launch the game using the Manager too.
