[Mod Request] Be able to use bandages (which are simply rags, it seems) to wipe off/clean weapons and armor

I would think it would be a neat little feature. Kind of silly you have to go to a grind stone to get the blood out of your blade. Why not just simply use one bandage in your inventory to apply it to your blade, maybe even have to use two on armor since there's more wiping to do?

This is more than altering values. Unless we are lucky, this would require creating new items recognized by the game. Modding is currently bare-bones because a lot of the engines console-commands are blocked, and we lack the mod-kit.
