I need some help, my game won't start

So I did something I shouldn't have and downloaded several mods at once without testing them one at a time, and now my game wont start. You've probably heard of the problem before; click on the launcher, it loads for a little bit, screen goes black and then closes like nothing happened. I tried going back and disabling all of the mods i had downloaded at once, but when I tried my game it still did the same thing even though I disabled the mods. I am relatively new to pc gaming so I need a little help, but im going to try and be as transparent as possible and list my specs (which i doubt are the problem but I don't know for sure), and the mods I have most recently downloaded and the mods that I think could be conflicting with them (which I think are the problem). I'd really appreciate your help. I hope thats enough information to get some answers but if not for example you want to see ALL of my mods just let me know and I will do that. Thanks.

MY SPECS:

MY MOST RECENTLY DOWNLOADED MODS:

Hello have you tried Running LOOT? this will automatically organise your new load order.

or verifying file integrity on Steam?

and lastly I had the same problem and I needed to delete the ini file in the Documents then it worked?

you can try any of these but the third one can sometimes be a bit Risky.

I have not tried LOOT, I haven't heard much about it. I'll see about it, thank you.

Starting your game through the launcher lets me assume you don't use F4SE mods?

Did you try sorting your loadorder with loot and do you start your game as administrator?

I start my game using the F4SE launcher, and I'm not sure exactly how many mods I have that require F4SE but I do know I have some, Place Everywhere for example. I also do start my game as administrator but I have not tried LOOT yet but that seems like a good starting point so I'll think I'll try that and see how it goes, thanks.

You need to install LOOT. at the top of NMM there is a box labled support tools, a wrench and screwdriver crossed. Click on it, the first thing it shows you is something about Loot. Install LOOT in the same folder that Fallout 4 is in. Once you do that, the support tool box will say, Launch LOOT. After it loads, it will say you haven't sorted your load order. At the top right you will see three horizontal bars, the top one is long, the one under it is shorter, then a shorter one on the bottom. Just click on it, it will say, " sorting load order" when it's done it will have a popup, click allow. Your load order is now set. If you scroll down the right side, all your mods are listed. If something is labled in red follow the instructions. Now use your F4SE launcher, right click and hit " Run as Administrator " You should be good to go. On YouTube, you can look up " Gopher " he does tutorials on NMM, LOOT and Modding. Good luck.
