KingDray10
So I recently just downloaded DA:O Ultimate edition on steam, I've been trying to use the mod "Grey wardens of Fereldon" but no matter what I do I cant get the console to work. I tried looking it up and doing a bunch of things for it like going to properties and changing things but nothing seems to be working. Please help
balmz
http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Console_(Origins) with the launcher you use, you have to edit the end to it says this Make a shortcut to your "daorigins.exe" file (typically located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Dragon Age\bin_ship folder) on your desktop, Start Menu, or wherever.Note: This won't work with the shortcut created during installation, as it points to "dalauncher.exe" instead of "daorigins.exe". You need a shortcut pointing directly to "daorigins.exe".Right click on the shortcut, choose properties, then add the following to the end of line in the "Target" field: -enabledeveloperconsole — it should look something like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Dragon Age\bin_ship\daorigins.exe" -enabledeveloperconsoleBe sure that there is a single space between the last quotation mark and the hyphen. balmz
well try adding the extension thing to whatever icon you use to launch dao, also here's a discord that might help https://discord.gg/DragonAge
Thandal
Steam, GOG, Origin, or retail disc, you absolutely have a "\bin_ship" folder. That's where the game's executable is stored. And without that... No game. Your rig may be configured to hide "program files" from you when you search, (you may need to check the "include system folders" box in your File Manager "View" options) but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Thandal
"Discord" is a real-time chat program with archiving. You might find some help with your issue, you might not. (Much like here. )
