WizzyisWiGG
Okay, I'm pretty newbie with Nexus Mod Manager and it's procedures. But, I do know how to use NMM with basic downloading of MODS to Skyrim ( Steam ). It's been nearly 4.5 months since I first started using this NMM - it never failed me down. In fact, it's a lot better than Steam's crappy workshop support. I have downloaded approximately 68 MODS ( Which were all working GREAT before ). I also made sure that each MOD were to it's latest version available. Of course, I did encounter minor problems here and there. Purple textures, extreme frame drops and random crashes were just one of them. Either by downloading the original file Steam provided upon you having to " Very Intergrity " ( Located at the Properties of your game ) or by simply re-installing mods or updating them fix these minor problems. ** Note : This problem I am having is not RELATED to Audio. Mine is set to the standard specification ( 44 if I do remember correctly. ) *** I haven't been playing Skyrim since it was updated a couple of days ago , but I played for more than a 100 hours **** I am using Geforce GTS 450, there was a driver update recently for it *** Just today, I downloaded ( and deleted ) a couple of new ( Popular and Top ) MODS. I also updated some of the present MODS I have. So after finishing everything I did, I clicked the ( legendary ) " Launch TES : V " and settings were sent to default. I set the settings to my usual used settings and click " PLAY ". So, I see the " Bethesda Logo " accompanied by the usual logo sound. Upon reaching the logo of the Imperials ( Shape of the dragon, same with the cover symbol/logo ), the game goes C.T.D. or simply - Crashed with no errors whatsoever. I tried checking if my .esm files and important files - were still there ( and being loaded properly and by order ) and saw no problem. Audio is not the problem. I tried " Verify Game " thingie again with Steam and my settings reverted back to the default. I did the same as above and still C.T.D.s after the logo. Now, I most likely believe that a MOD may be interfering or conflicting itself with the game. But I would like too see your opinions first and what I can do with this problem. * By the way, PLEASE POST ( If you can ) ANY MODS THAT HAVE EVER CONFLICTED ITSELF WITH THE GAME * < --- This was I can get a better idea on which MODs are strictly sensitive or vice versa. Thanks. And how the heck do you use the Papyrus thingie ?
