Going back to the original question, I just now tried to do it with Wrye Bash and it worked. I found a Sewer exit save I had from last year and I imported my current level 17 character into that game. I was able to keep all my stats, skill increases, attributes, health, level and class, as well as all the physical characteristics. The only thing that did not import was the berth sign, which could be changed with a console command. It might be more interesting to start the game at a high level, so maybe I'll do that at some point. :cool:
