CTD Problems When Near Helgen/Riverwood Or Using Forge

As the title suggests, I am having problems with CTD's with Helgen and Riverwood.

So far, the CTD's seem to only occur at random whenever I get within close proximity of Helgen/Riverwood, or when I use a forge after picking up the standalone bikini armors book. I had thought that it had something to do with a couple of mods that edit the nav. meshes within the area, but after sifting and sorting through those mods, I came up with nothing. As for the CTD with the forge, I have absolutely no idea what would cause that. I have no major issues with performance, aside from mild FPS drops whenever I go near busy regions, which is merely a minor problem that can be remedied by compressing and decreasing textures/models.

 

Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
