WastelandAssassin Posted February 27, 2018 Share Posted February 27, 2018 well , I guess you haven't looked hard enoughIt's a part of ETaC https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13608/?you can find it as part of the old 14.3.1 complete file (the first file in the Old Files section) generally speaking , if you can't identify where a plugin comes from , you should identify which plugin requires it , and visit the mod's page to see if it has any informationor just look for the mods in the name of the plugin , as is in this case Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
