Newly Installed Mods Not Added to Load Order

I have tried installing three different mods in the past few days:

McMillan CS5

Accelerator Plasma Energy Weapon

Technetronic Personal Defense Weapon

 

None of these mods are showing either in game or in the load order. They do show in the plugins list though and are checked there. I have the necessary changes made in the Fallout4Custom.ini, and previously installed mods are working fine.

 

Edit: I realized that my F4SE shortcut was in a different location than where it was set for NMM, which was also different from where I'd thought I had set Steam to read Fallout 4 from. A recent hard drive failure has set me back. I ended up having to reinstall Fallout and other games that faced the same problem.
