Custom ebony blade changes itself to dw stance

I never really liked the model for the Ebony Blade, so I decided to swap it out for something else (a 1h sword model). It worked fine in game until I unequip it, once I equip it again, it's being treated as if I'm dual wieliding (with an empty left hand), even benefitting from Dual Flurry it seems. Saving/restaring, dropping it/picking it up doesn't seem to fix it, but going to a save before the unequip has it working fine again. I must have missed something in the CK, but can't figure it out for the life of me.

 

Model/1st Person Model - the model I switched it to.

Skill - Two Handed

Equip Type - Both Hands

Anim Type - OneHandSword (it's a 1h sword model, using anything else gives me an invisible blade when drawn, same goes for Impact Data Set and Alternate Block Material)

The 1stPerson static has the correct model as well.

 

The only thing I notice is that the "Dont use... IS Animations" always unchecks itself when I save the file. I don't see why that would be the issue, but it's the only thing I can tell that's suspect.

 

I've used the CK to change other items before no problem, but I'm by no means a master. I just don't know if I'm missing a field or that it's because I'm using a 1h model (though there's other mods that seem to do the same). Any help would be appreciated!

 

Edit: Fixed it. The 1h model I was using was from another mod and I went in and changed that item to a 2h in the CK, it seemed to fix whatever the problem was. I wouldn't think that the Ebony Blade would be dependent on the other item being a 2h too (I thought all that matter was that it was a 2h in the .nif file), but whaddya know. Just in case anyone else runs into a similar problem.
