Need help with BA2 file edit

Hello i think my problem sound dumb to you but im new in moding and dont understand everything

 

So my problem is that i get CTD everytime i fast travel to the intitute

i already know why i have this issue its because of the Unique NPC mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21248

thanks to a thread i know what i must do

 

-it be 2 files packed into main.ba folder causing the crashes, BaseFemaleBodyRustDevil1.nif and BaseFemaleBodyRustDevil2.nif. If so, you need to unpack main.ba and remove those 2 files, (possibly copy and rename BaseFemaleBodyRustDevil3.nif twice to replace the nifs you just deleted just for good measure)and repack it.

 

thats where it becomse hard for me i dont know how to do this exactly

 

i tried to do it with BAE -Bethesda Archive Extractor: first i did a copy of the main BA2 and tried to extract these two it worked fine and i had these 2 in a folder but here are still in the main BA2 i tried it for like an hour with this programm but nothing worked out

 

some other guy said i just need to rename these files with FO4edit in the main esp but i did not find these files there. and it confused me more than it helped me to be true
