How do i get my item in game?

kk thanks again for the help. and yeah i've tried adding vanilla objects including deadric armor parts, deadric bows, imperial legion shields etc. But yeah the way u do it is how i used to do it, it used to be a simple place it on the ground and it was their, but now it's not. i think i'm going to try to uninstall and reinstall cs. I highly doubt it will do anything, but i've spent a total of like 19 hours on trying different things and no luck thus far.
