How I dealt with CTB/ mod issues.

Hello everyone!

Recently I decided to play Skyrim again(WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT?!). But since the very first hours of the gameplay I experienced many problems with the game such as....CTB..

But to the point!

I was looking how to solve this 'CTB' problem and I didn't find anything that would work for me, sounds familiar? Now, I don't want you to think that what I am about to tell you will fix 100% of your problems. Those what I call 'steps' I took are simply fully aware actions to hopefully prevent the game from crashing. I can't imagine playing Skyrim these days without the mods. I was really frustrated that I can't play the game the way I always wanted to. Do you want me to tell you what I did, that now allows me to play Skyrim for hours without any problems? Do you? huh? NO.

Here is what I did. (I will try to avoid any juicy stories behind each step. You have a problem with that?!)

1.I deleted all the mods, all of them, every single one and then, I deleted the game. Can you do the same? I DARE YOU

2.Installed Skyrim Special Edition again.

3.I launch the game. Without any mods. Clean Skyrim. But.. why would you do the same? Well, keep reading OKAY?! So, the idea was to let the game properly load all the files without any mods. Sort of a clean start. More experienced modders may tell you it does not matter. And they may be right, who knows?

4.After I played the game for good 3mins. I closed it. Time for MODS!! Pff, you wish.... First, you want, very much, much more than Fus Ro Dah your first bandit install WryeBash.

But why? I just wanna play the game, give me the mods, please, now! Easy boy! A bit of an explanation. What WryeBash do? Well, consider yourself lucky, because this mod is gonna keep all the other mods in order for you and make sure they like each other. HOW COOL IS THAT?

5.Still here? Good. Now hold on to something, cool stuff is coming! MODS. Yay! But do it right. I mean it!. What I learned about modding Skyrim is this: . So make sure you do it right.

First I installed Skyrim SE Unofficial Patch because many mods are asking for it. Plus it is able to fix what our dear Bethesda couldn't.

Next step was SkyUI. After that, I installed other mods on my list.

6. LOOT. That's what you want. You need to download it, install it and that's it. You could also sort your mods with it. Just do it. Otherwise there is no much help out of it. You are probably wondering, why would you do it? At least try for me, please? LOOT is doing a great job for all of us. It really does. You may not be aware but some mods require to be loaded in a certain order and that's exactly what LOOT does. It's gonna make sure everything is loaded properly. So don't ignore it. JUST DON'T

That's it. I really, really hope it is going to help you somehow. Skyrim is a great game and there should be nothing to stop us playing it.

It all may seem obvious but just try it. Hope dies last. Vampires, they don't die at all. Vampires>Hope

Why I even wrote all this? Well, I have nothing better to do. Also, I couldn't find anywhere something like a Guide for Modding Skyrim. I know it's relatively easy, but many people don't know that there are mods like LOOT, WryeBash which provide stability for the game and not using them is reckless and dangerous.

A couple of days ago I had problems with CTB, but since I did what I describe above the game runs with no problems and I was able to keep all my mods.If you guys wanna know what mods I am using, just let me know.

Good luck!

P.S: Oh! I almost forgot! One more thing..
