LE Magic wands

Some years ago i had an idea but my knowledge was never good enough to make it work, basically the idea is to make magic wands for mages. Unlike staves that give you free spells wands would instead apply constant fortify effect of the sort that fortify potions for that school apply, so destruction wand would make destruction spells more potent, conjuration wand would make conjuration spells last longer, illusion wand would increase potency of illusion spells, alteration wand would increase duration of alteration spells, and restoration wand would increase restoration skill, just like potions. There could even be wands of varying levels and even unenchanted wands that layer could enchant himself.

That´s not exactly what i meant, though it may be a good base to build upon. See this mod adds wands that contain spells, where my idea is basically wands that act as passive buff for the respective school of magic, but unlike leveling that reduces spell cost the wands would make spells better (like potions).
