I've tried both manually and normally installing Racemenu, but it seems to not be working. This is probably simple, but I don't have an idea of what I'm doing. Literally a few SECONDS later after I made this post, I downloaded a Dark Brotherhood mod and it fixed my entire problem. All the mods I downloaded at the time randomly showed up in my mods list.
