Just throwing the idea out there to make the Orcs in Skyrim like the ones from Warcraft I & II

 

Mostly making weapons and armor, making some changes to the race and using the Orc Strongholds like outposts and fortresses that launch attacks on nearby settlements and farms.

 

Maybe even remodeling the Legionnaires to resemble Stormwind/Lordaeron/Stromgarde units.

 

Giving the ability to become a commander on both sides should be pretty interesting too. Recruiting troops and whatnot.

This would defiantly add a lot more flavor to the "War" skyrim has going on, nords and imps fighting everywhere then being attacked by orcs. Sounds a lot more fun than seeing a few stormcloaks or legionnaires at a fort.
