LE is there a mod that lets npc mages use illusion magics?

I am just asking about the mod idea but i am just asking about is there a mod that give some npc mages and random generated enemies a illusion magic like calm or frezzy?. if there is no mod like that or the only mod that exist is very buggy and poor rating or something?

Or if npc can use illusion spell that I did not notice just let me know.

It does bother me if player/Dragonborn is the only one who can use illusion magic.

You're right, you're the only one in whole Skyrim world who can use Illusion school spells. God damn, Bethesda, why people always have to do your job for you
