Authors have absolutely no obligation to do anything that they do, at all, ever.
They do what they do because THEY CHOOSE to.
If you dont want a form 43, despite it being safe and confirmed working in this case (Im the same, I convert all mine anyway), just do it your damn self and stop your bloody complaining.

Your self entitled bulls*** attitude is exactly what drives so many mod authors away, Im a mod author myself and have quit modding 3 times now due to all the unnapreciative turds, getting abused online by people because I "chose" not to port a mod for PS4 (despite it being physically impossible), or because my "mod broke my game" (despite it being 100% user error), or for people whinging about the tiniest little changes that I chose not to include.
We get sick and tired of the constant flack we get from mod users that just demand s*** from us as if they were a paying customer who just got a faulty product.
So for the love of Skyrim, and the love of mods, and for the benefit of everyone who uses them, check your damn attitude at the door before you go off on another rant.
