skyquest32
Is there a way/mod to force Morrigan to stay with Hero ''circumstantially'' or like with an anti-hero type by choice? For a better ending in origin ultimate edition? Want a ending with her. ''some clever trick??? ''Shes great, and the only real choice if you RP a semi hedonist straight male character, but with will, that enjoys pursuit and challenge in romance...from what I can tell so far, dear sweet ''butter wouldn't melt in her mouth haha'' Morrigan, is the only choice. Besides shes just really cool. Wish she were also an elf. Besides Bards annoy me for being bards on general principle, in any game. Never felt they were a valid class. just there to fire up the fighters or help with the aftermath with music in fantasy. That...and moonlight at parties. Nothing else is very realistic even in a fantasy setting. So bard+bi equals no thanks based on personal preference, in that order. It would not be fun to play it that way...so yeah, Mor-Mor is the way to go. No use in being the queens princeling, after all, what a pathetic loser ending. Clearly, smart move is to, make the other guy rule alone, unhardened. Its what a Magician would do and in character.
theskymoves
No. Morrigan will always leave at the end of DAO, no matter what. The PC can 'reunite' with her if certain requirements are met, at the very end of the final DLC, but that's the extent of it. Thandal
What tsm said above. Also, there is a glitch in the end-game/export or saved-game/import process (not sure which end is borked) that can fail to record the proper Relationship_Status value for Morrigan in the later DLC. If this happens (and I have had it happen on every playthrough since around when Patch 1.05 was released) it will make one of the possible endings to Witch Hunt impossible to achieve. The dialogue options that would trigger it never appear. If Morri's Relationship_Status was NOT In_Love at the end of DAO, (referring to the Warden as "My Friend", not "My Love" at the very end) there's no problem. But...If Morri's Relationship_Status was In_Love at the end of DAO, then fortunately you can tell almost immediately at the beginning of WH whether there's a problem. In the very first conversation with a Dalish Elf there should be a line to say that the Warden loves her. If that line is not present, the glitch has struck! If so, there's a Developer Console command to correct the situation: runscript zz_str_morrigan(Hit [Enter], then the [Esc] key to get the script to continue.)
