Crash when trying to load a new cell

When traveling, I get a black screen crash with sounds still playing (but not looping or skipping, normal) after the loading screen and when trying to leave whiterun on foot in any direction, I CTD. When I play for more than 5 minutes, I CTD.

I can upload a savegave if needed as well. It started sometime between installing the very buggy Real Carriages DLC and installing SMIM after USKP. I've had some trouble with UFO and CTDs, but I thought I had fixed it. I had TelRedHair installed but I removed them after NPC Editor and Wrye Bash griped about it being corrupted. Removed Castle Strumah for the same reason.

 

Loaded with SkyrimUI, SKSE, and WryeBash.
