How Could I Create a Race with a Female Head with Male Body

Hi,

I plan to create a new race. Now the female part is OK(both head and body represent fine), but I failed in the male part. To gain a better performance, I need to change the male-head model to a female-head, while the body model just keeps still

However, if i simply replace the model files(malehead.nif malehead.tri etc.),it came out to be a mass :wallbash:

I also changed the texture files, but it didnt help neither

The expect result is just like someone create a female charactor and then use the "sexchange" command

Well, I know my current process looks so terrible......but I'm sure it would be better if I solve the problem above 8)

Actually, I'm trying to create a teenage-race, and this is the expecting result in my imagination:

 

So applying female-face in both gender may be a feasible way
