Peculiar artifacts

Hello Nexians,

 

I've recently come across a rather frustrating issue after updating all of my addons and the game itself to the most recent version. I get these white flashy missingno-type squares flittering across the screen whenever I move. If I stop moving they remain stationary. My video card is not tweaked and I tried disabling all of my addons and reinstalling and so far I've had no such luck. Has anyone else come across this issue?

The same thing happened to me, i uninstalled the game and turned off all the mods, but im still having the issue

Do you have an ATI card with 12.2 or 12.3 drivers? From what I've read those drivers had pixelation issues with Skyrim. If so, try rolling back to 12.1 or even update to the new 12.4's (I've heard they've finally fixed it in the latest drivers).
