The most unusual bug i've ever experienced

Hi fellow people of Nexus , today I bring the most odd "bug" I've ever experienced with Fallout 4:

 

Once I load my save game and im ingame , I simply cant load any of my current loads (with that specific character) because it simply CTD...

 

HOWEVER , if im into another save from another character , I can load any save games from the other characters without any problems. Same happens if im into the Main Menu , I can load everything without problems.

 

I tried to figure out what is happening so I enabled the Papyrus log in order to see "in depth" the problem and I have this :
