dubiousintent
Assuming by "FFOM" you are really referring to "FOMM" (Fallout Mod Manager): If "JSawyer Ultimate" was installed correctly, then you would see it in FOMM's load order regardless of whether or not JIP LN NVSE was installed correctly. Be sure you are using the newer Fallout Mod Manager - Forked (FOMM-Forked) version. Please see the 'Issue: GOG DRM-free, non-steam version of FNV compatibility ' and 'Issue: GOG version won't start from FOMM' entries under the 'Solutions to Starting the game problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. "JSawyer Ultimate" is downloaded as a "ZIP" file. It is not in a FOMOD package. You have an ESP and a "Sound" sub-folder, both of which are simply dropped into the game "Data" folder from the archive package. Please see the wiki article "Installing a Mod With FOMM". NVSE plugins should be manually installed unless you know for certain your mod manager recognizes and installs them correctly. (It's not like there are that many.) Usually the NVSE "addons" such as "JIP LN NVSE" are "NVSE Plugins" and are unpacked into the "Data\NVSE\Plugins" folder. As for determining if NVSE or any of it's plugins are installed correctly, Please see the 'Checklist Item #4' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. -Dubious-
