Question about an edited mod through SSEDIT install/uninstall

Hi all,

 

I was wondering if when I have deleted some cells of a mod through SSEEDIT (to help resolve conflicts) If I uninstall and then re-activate the mod in NMM (checking for problems with CTD otherwise I wouldn't uninstall) are those changes I have made in SSEEDIT kept or do I need to re-delete the cells again in SSEEDIT ? I don't mean if I delete and re-download the mod from Nexus I understand that would NOT keep the changes obviously :D

 

The only reason I can't figure this out, I used a guide I can't seem to find to delete them to sort the conflicts in the first place so don't want to risk losing the changes I have made.

 

Any help would be appreciated :smile:

If anyone's interested it seems just de-selecting the ESP in the Plugins tab of NMM will help figure out small conflicts. Then you can uninstall the offending mod.
