Adding vanilla rain wet texture effect to custom body texture

Hello guys i just wanted to ask you can i somehow add vanilla/cbbe rain wet texture effect to 8K Realistic Skin Textures ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28809?tab=posts ) asking because when its rain weather armor/clothes are wet/shiny which is completely understandable but body textures stays normal :(
