ships in the harbor

hey i was wondering if anyone wanted to simply add a few ships to the waters near anvil and leyawiin with crews. i want this mod for my pilotable ship so i can drop anchor near ships in the sea and raid them. i cant find any mods that add boats and crews to random water spaces. so if anyone would do this i would greatly appreciate it^.^ i think its a mod a lot of people would enjoy

arm, if u take a look at tutorials such as "my first shop" you can deviate from their. basically the part of finding a house and placing it onthe ground is the same as a ship, you just have to drag it into the right spot. Also the same goes for putting dores in the empty doorways, then adding a new interior space which u will put a copy of the inside of a ship in and connect those doors, just as you do in the section similar in "my first shop" tutorial in the construction set wiki. I would do this however, i don't think i would be patient enough to place like bowls with strawberries and all other furniture and clutter people normally put into it. In a way i'm sensing you are wanting to be suprised at what kind of "loot" is in each of these ships, but this would be a fairly simple "yet simi long" mod to learn. plus then you can impress your friends or whoever plays it and be like, that was me.

 

But heck, sounds like a fun idea, i guess i'll help, but as long as u understand the defenition of -->help<--. i'll start adding some ships around their and making working doors, but i'm pretty sure i'm not going to go into room detail.

i just spent a few days doing nothing but learning the construction set, (hence why i havent checked this) and i think ive finally gotten most of it down, my hand hurts so much though haha.

 

but while trying to add ships i found i couldn't find a peice of the hull and some of the deck, they just didnt seem to exist in my peice list.

 

it was frustrating enough trying to build a boat from a million different peices.

 

i built a nice vampire cathedral home though haha

 

still working on the ships though, those peices have to be somewhere cause i dont have the missing mesh square when i play.

 

if anything ive gained a lot of respect for modders, my hand is killing me!

 

and as far as room detail goes you can just make a copy of any ship interior. im not worried about the aesthetics of it all. if i had three ships in topal bay, three in niben bay and three in the acean (or something like that) sea all with a decent crew and a treasure in the cargo storage or in the captains hands or what have you id be satisfied haha. and any help is definitely appreciated, ive been doing my best to get this construction set down and i really am no good at lining up the meshes.
