defjamv
Hi, I recently installed Fallout 3, and tried to mod it using FOOK, firstly i tried to use FOOK 1, but when i played, many items were simply invisible (i had archive invalidation etc) and no matter what, would never show, i tried removing all traces of fallout 3 from my computer, reinstalling vanilla and then installing nothing but FOOK, yet the same happened =/ So i thought i'd move onwards and upwards and got the huge 2GB FOOK 2, once i downloaded it, i installed it, yet neither FOOK 2 or CALIBR are showing up in my mod managers or the standard data files, the sound files and textures have changed appropriately, but im missing all the weapons, armor and features of FOOK 2 and i really have no idea what i'm doing wrong or how to fix it, i've been trying to mod fallout 3 to a decent level for hours, and it's quite frankly getting me down right now, can anyone help? Thanks, -DJV
blove
(The multi-part download for the FOOK2 1-2 Open Beta Data archive has been fixed.) To install FOOK2 1.2 Open Beta download these three archives and extract them to your Data directory: FOOK v1-2 Open Beta Data (This is a multi-part download in three parts, download all three to the same directory, extract the first part with 7-Zip which will automatically extract the other two parts, and you will know it is successful if you have an ~2GB FOOK2 - Main.BSA file in your extraction directory.) *OR* FOOK2 1dot2 open beta full (This is a courtesy upload by Buddah which contains all three parts of the multi-part FOOK v1-2 Open Beta Data archive which have been extracted and re-archived into a single archive.) *AND* FOOK v1-2 Open Beta Main Files FOOK v1-2 OB Hotfixes 110601 NOTE: If you use FOMM to create FOMODs, you must manually cut and paste the FOOK2 - Main.BSA to your Data folder before creating an FOMOD of the remaining files and folders. The plugins are located in the FOOK v1-2 Open Beta Main Files archive. EDIT: Woops, looks like they have fixed the multi-part download. Changed quote. defjamv
I feel ashamed haha, that worked, I just figuired as i chose the 800MB download, which is bigger than all the other's combined, that it would have everything, including the ESM's! Now I have a problem however, all the males have the same, bland white faces! Even the African American's like Lucas Simms! Help! I have everything else working perfectly except this :(
