Starting new game with mods

I have the problem that my game won`t go further after I klicked new game when I have installed and activated mods,but I want to play with them,I installed them all correctly with the Nexus Mod Manager,my question is now if I can deactivate them now and start a new game and then after I finished Helgen if I reactivate the mods,will they all work.

I had that problem too until I downloaded a mod called "Quick Start Skip the Opening Sequence". It puts you in the exit to the dungeon and lets you pick your race, looks etc. there and asks who you followed down into the dungeon. When I use that mod, I find that I can start a new game with all my mods enabled.

I see a lot of potential problems. Did you read the readme files for each and every one of those mods? I looks like you just went crazy and installed 200+ mods all at once.

 

What was the last working configuration of mods?

It worked some time ago and I don`t know it anymore because I had to change from Windows 7 64 to Windows 7 32.
