Male White Head's Glitch

Hey, I have been trying to mod fallout for almost a day now, and I finally seem to have all the crashes and malfunctioning modifications sorted and working, the game seems perfect now except one thing, and this is confusing as a google search makes it seem like this glitch only existed in Fallout New Vegas, which the exception of a rare few cases on consoles with the karma hitmen, yet I have it in Fallout 3 for EVERY MALE. Lucas Simm's is walking around with a white head on his regular body, it isn't game breaking, but I'm sure you can all sympathize that I want this fixed :P I have ArchiveInvalidation etc. the load order has been configured based on what FO3edit has told me needs to come first, I even downloaded a brand new male face texture mod = 'Better Male Faces', installed it, yet nothing happened, they still have white faces :(

Looks like Ron Perlman. I answered in another thread, but take a look at All Npc's with caucasian faces but correct racial coloring on rest.

Thank you! That worked perfectly! I did something similar from another suggestion, except they told me to put it under [Display] and it did nothing, but after putting it under [General] it worked! One more issue though with some landscape textures around the wasteland, this is what they should look like:

other than a few crashes [if there is anything you know that can help minimize crashes, I'd appreciate that too :P] this is the final problem I have, then I'd have a perfect fully modded Fallout 3 :( !!!
