silhouett
I first want to thank any one for helping me on this. I realize it takes time to answer a question and want you to know I am grateful. My first question is to do with dragons and the path they take when flying. I have build a modded area outside area with a building and some walls. I laid down some nav mesh for the actors paths to walk about. The dragon seems to fly through my walls and building. Now granted I have named him Ghost Dragon and I like the effect. How ever I want to under stand why ? Second Question is when I laid down the nav mesh I discovered what I believe to be a cell boundary or something as the mesh wont go beyond this point and you have to start new mesh on the exact other side. My question is do I need to connect these in some way ? Is there a reason for this and a way to get around it or ignore it ? Thanks again for any helphttp://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/thumbsup.gif
flobalob
I don't know about how dragons navigate so I can't hel you there. But as to the navmesh, Yes you do need to connect the navmeshes in adjecient cells. The way to do this is to arrange the vertices of the navmeshes in the 2 cells (or 4 cells in the corners) as close to each other as you can possibly make them. Then when you finalize the cell navmeshes you should get a solid green line along the border of the cell.
