TheSacredCorn
Hey, guys. Just a couple of small ideas. I have no modding experience myself, but have a basic understanding of computer logic. 1. It seems that many of the most common glitches seem to occur when a quest takes the player to a location that has already been visited and cleared, especially when the player fast travels directly there (i.e. several glitches on Alduin's Wall). Possible solution: When a quest requires that the character go to a dungeon, the activation of the quest resets the interior of the dungeon and makes the location on the map undiscovered (like when a location is put on the map as a grey icon, but you haven't discovered it yet... I don't know what that's called). That way the player must travel to the location and must go through the dungeon as if it's their first time there, which is how it seems the quests assume it is. This is more of a work-around than a fix for the bugs, but seems much simpler than fixing them. 2. Really tiny addition: At the end of the imperial questline when Ulfric Stormcloak asks that you be the one to kill him, there are three options: Viciously slaughter him ("I'll gladly kill him!"), kindly refuse ("I've killed enough for one day"), or viciously refuse ("He's not worth killing."). The point: add the option to honorably grant his request (i.e. "As you wish" or "See you in Sovngarde" or something like that). This may be a little 'nit-picky', but for someone playing immersively with a 'Lawful Good' alignment, this option is sorely missed. 3. The option to drop quests, especially miscellaneous ones. Perhaps make the quests that are dropped become stored on a 'mission board' type thing at a player home so they can be resumed later. It can be a little annoying to have to search for some mission through so many others that have glitched or that you accidentally aquired and have no intention of ever doing. (like above, a 'Lawful Good' player may not want to do House Of Horrors or Boethia's Calling, but are stuck with them.) Thanks for reading!
