Traped in DC, possibly suspect mods

That's a lot of mods! :)

 

I don't know what would trap you in DC, you mean you can't fast travel out?

 

Your best bet is to untick some mods & keep checking in game to see if you can fast travel out.

 

Once fast travel works again you will know which mod is the culprit.

 

By the way, you could get rid of a lot of MMM plugins if you used the Mart's Mutant Mod - Master Menu Module.esp.

 

That would leave you with just these:

 

Fallout3 & DLC's

 

Mart's Mutant Mod.esm

 

Mart's Mutant Mod.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Anchorage.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC The Pitt.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Broken Steel.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Point Lookout.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Zeta.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - Zones Respawn.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - Tougher Traders.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - Natural Selection esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - Master Menu Module.esp

 

You can use the ingame menu to adjust the other settings.

 

I also see you have Fallout Street Lights Steetlights.esm in your load order AND streetlights wasteland. If you're using Fallout Street Lights Version 2, that includes the whole wasteland & could clash with the wasteland version.

 

You only need to use Fallout Street Lights Version 2.
