Black reflections

I've run into something and I can't figure out what the cause is. At certain angles looking over water, the reflections of buildings, ruins and cities turn black and sometimes a bright yellow. I've got several mods running and I think I've narrowed down the possibilities of whats causing it, but I must say I didn't notice this problem until after I installed AEVWD and AEVWD illuminated, there was a similar bug reported in the AEVWD thread but that was the LOD models having black textures, not their reflections. I also run Better Cities. I looked in the Bethesda forum thread for Better Cities and didn't see anyone else having this problem so I don't know if it's a compatibility issue. Has anybody else seen this and what did you do to fix it? :wallbash:
