how do you assign keyboard buttons to new (or old) animations? at the moment, i am trying to use the default animations for

dodging only while sneaking (in the data folder if it existed id assume that it would look like "sneakdodgeright.kf"), and seph's

custom animations when upright. does anyone know how to do this?

SO...you say you have Seph's custom animations mod...and you want to use the dodge animation as a replacer for sneaking??

And assign a key for that???

If you want to replace animations...al you have to do is...replace them...not assing some key to it.

Sorry if I didn't answered corectly but this thread is confusing for me

Cheers

what im saying is that i have seph's true acrobatics mod, and it is great, but i want the default dodge animations to play while i am

in sneak mode but if it is not possible, then as an alternative--knowing how to assign a key to a new animation would work as well

because then i could just add the default dodge animations as some other animation and just press like alt + right for the right

dodge etc. (my apologies for the lack of clarity)

I'm not sure that is possible, perhaps with OBSE someone has come up with it, I haven't seen a mod that does it though.

Your options as I see it could be either -

1. Replace the sneak animations and see if your animation works well in it's place.

2. Look at mods like "Actors in Charge" and see what scripts they use to trigger certain animations, doing this you could activate your animation through a device that has been hotkeyed or through a spell.

Like I said there could be something else, but going on what little I know these look like the best ways to achieve your result.

PM me if you have any questions about the above, or require any assistance. I go to the forums once in a blue moon.
